QiSound is a sound healing class that combines therapeutic tones, vibration, and guided stillness to shift energetic blocks and support nervous system regulation. Using pre-recorded tracks and the option of adding crystal or Himalayan bowls, chimes and harmonic frequencies, this class helps participants experience deep restoration and emotional release without physical effort.

QiFocus incorporates meditation and self-hypnosis to rewire stress patterns and strengthen cognitive control. QiFocus is a mental training and inner awareness class that teaches mindfulness, meditation, and self-hypnosis techniques to help regulate emotions, quiet the mind, and enhance clarity. This class is the mental muscle-building complement to physical training.
